or otherwise or the interruption to or breakdown of services, the Bill Payment
Service, the Summons Payment Service, the Payment Channel and or third party
systems attributable to Rilek or any external factors beyond the reasonable control of Rilek.

2. Description
of Service
This website allows the public to carry out transactions
with Government Agencies namely Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ),
Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TMB) and Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB). Apart
from these agencies, more Government Agencies' services will be offered
in the near future. To enable you to transact with these agencies,
you will have to register with this website for security purposes.
For each transaction that involves payment to those participating
agencies, a fee referred to as "Service Fee" will be levied
against you. The Service Fee amount may vary between each agency.
All payment transactions to these agencies must be done through your
credit card. Rilek Management is currently in the process of increasing
the type of cards that can be used, such as AMEX, Diners Club, ATM
Cards and others. |

3. Privacy
Policy
Pursuant to Konsortium Multimedia Swasta Sdn Bhd
(KOMMS) privacy policy, we may disclose to third parties certain aggregate
information contained in your Registration Data or related data, provided
that, such information will not include personally identifying information,
except as specifically authorized by you or in good faith believe that
such action is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, legal
process, to enforce term and conditions, or under any of the other
circumstances set forth in our privacy policy, as may be amended from

from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained
or messages received or transactions entered into through or from
the service
(3) Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmission or data
(4) Statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or
(5) any other matter relating to the service. |

by third parties and as such KOMMS has no control over such sites
and resources, you acknowledge and agree that KOMMS is not responsible
